I’ve worked in every facet of learning and development throughout my career:

In each of these roles, I gained an appreciation for a variety of subjects. Whether the training was focused on furniture, compliance, or the inner workings of eCommerce, my favorite part was always finding ways to meet the customer’s distinctive needs.

Over the years, I’ve found that the most effective training often isn’t the longest or the flashiest. It’s the design that speaks to the brand’s identity and cuts to the chase that truly packs a punch.
